Shipping policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through the Casakento (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) online store and are intended to explain delivery arrangements, fee structures, and related responsibilities. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order to ensure a clear understanding of the shipping process.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees And Cost Information

Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 8.99 AUD.

All applicable taxes and any mandatory related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cut Off Time

Order processing is arranged based on standard business hours (CET 08:00–18:00). Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will commence on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After an order is confirmed, it will enter the preparation stage. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, during which the order is verified, packed, and prepared for handover to the selected logistics carrier. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Shipping Timeframe

Following dispatch, the estimated total shipping timeframe is 5–10 business days. This estimate is provided for reference only and may vary due to weather, carrier operations, transportation conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Carriers

We will select an appropriate carrier based on the order details. Available carriers may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. The final carrier information will be provided in the shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment confirmation, and carrier information (where applicable). Once the order has been shipped, you may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the latest order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

Please review the following information regarding shipping responsibilities:

  • Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide relevant supporting information so that we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping changes and cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations may be submitted before the order enters the dispatch process. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping details can no longer be modified or cancelled.
  • Delivery address and responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Any delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Receipt And Inspection Guidelines

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage, deformation, or other abnormalities, it is recommended to document the condition at the time of delivery. If issues are discovered after acceptance, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe for further assistance.
